By accessing or using gst.techgstindia.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TechGST India provides free, web-based GST reconciliation tools for Indian tax professionals. The primary tool is a GSTR-2B vs Purchase Register reconciliation engine. The Service is provided as-is, free of charge for the base features.

3. Permitted Use

You may use this Service for legitimate GST reconciliation and compliance work. You may not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the system
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Misrepresent the results of this tool in official filings without verification

4. Accuracy and Verification

Important: The results produced by TechGST tools are for assistance and reference purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying all reconciliation results before submitting any GST returns or claims to tax authorities. TechGST India does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or correctness of results in all cases.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific use case.

6. Limitation of Liability

TechGST India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in GST reconciliation, missed ITC claims, or tax penalties.

7. Not a Tax Advisor

TechGST India is a software tool, not a tax advisory service. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional tax or legal advice. Always consult a qualified Chartered Accountant or tax professional for compliance decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on TechGST India is proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this Service without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
